Decorative Heat Transfer Printed Fold Over Elastic with a Cath Kidston style floral rose design in shades of pale blue, red, white and green. Elastic is spandex nylon mix and has a sheen.
White on reverse.
Uses: making hair bows and bobbles, bracelets, millinery, underwear lingerie, as stretch bias binding in dressmaking and sewing.
