Frequently asked questions
1. Stock availability
In most cases we have limited stock of each individual item and unfortunately most of our items are not repeatable.
Items may also be sold elsewhere and though we endeavour to maintain accurate stock levels, this may not always be possible.
In cases where stock is not available to satisfy an order, we will contact you and all payments will be refunded in full.
2. Ordering multiple metres (ribbon/lace)
When multiple metres of an item is ordered these will be sent in a single continuous length where possible.
Secure payment is provided by Paypal.
Please be advised that once an item has been purchased we will require immediate payment. Items will not be processed or despatched until payment has been received.
Items will be posted to the address supplied by the Paypal Account.
4. Can I order over the phone?
This is not a standard service we offer. However, if you wish to purchase over the phone please email us and we will arrange to contact you at a suitable time.
5. Confirmation of Orders
After placing your order we will send a confirmation email to the email address you have supplied.
If for any reason you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your “junk” mail folder.
Once your order has been dispatched we will send a further email confirming that your order is on its way.
We ship both within the UK and to select overseas locations.

7. How long will my items take to arrive?
We endeavour to despatch items as quickly as possible.Orders placed by 12 noon Monday - Friday where possible will be despatched same day. Orders after 12 noon will be dispatched next working day.

8. My item hasn't arrived. What do I do?
If you have not received your item after 10 working days please contact us at email@example.com.
As we have limited stock and items are not repeatable, we cannot guarantee that we can replace items lost in delivery.
9. Can I return items?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem that we can rectify please contact us.
You may return your item in it's original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. Buyer must pay for return delivery. Return delivery charges will not be refunded.
Goods that have been cut, washed or processed by the purchaser will be deemed to have been accepted by the purchaser.
