TRADITIONAL LACE > Eyelash lace

EYELASH is more of an effect applied to the finished edge of a lace. So called because the loose threads resemble eyelashes.

 

This finish is ideal as an edging as the eyelash trim is very flattering. It can also be highlighted by being overlain on a contrasting fabric. 

 

Eyelash lace can be used for in a wide range applications including dressmaking, bagmaking and card making.
