We aim to keep our shipping fees as low as possible, whilst providing insurance for your items in case of any issues with Royal Mail.
Standard shipping is via Standard Royal Mail International services.
Orders above £20 (ex postage) may be sent by trackable delivery.
Items will be despatched to the delivery address supplied. We cannot accept liability for goods sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
PLEASE NOTE: Any fees/tax/duty are the responsibility of the customer.
2. How long will my items take to arrive?
We endeavour to despatch items as quickly as possible. Orders placed by 12 noon Monday - Friday will where possible be despatched same day. Orders after 12 noon will be dispatched next working day.
European Union Countries - International Standard /Tracked & Signed delivery - 3-5 working days
USA, Canada, Australia - International Standard/Tracked delivery - 5-7 working days
3. My item hasn't arrived. What do I do?
If you have not received your item after 20 working days please contact us at email@example.com
As we have limited stock and items are not repeatable, we cannot guarantee that we can replace items lost in delivery.
4. Can I return items?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem that we can rectify please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You may return your item in it's original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. Buyer must pay for return delivery. Return delivery will not be refunded.
Goods that have been cut, washed or processed by the purchaser will be deemed to have been accepted by the purchaser.
